With Flu season here USA Today put out a great article about what health authorities are expecting of all of us. Of course, just like every year they are urging everyone to get out and get their shot. However this year there is only going to be one shot that you need to get. Last year everyone lined up for their regular flu shot and then the swine flu shot but this year it's an all in one dose that you need. And for seniors 65 and older the does is more powerful. As for the flu itself here are the symptoms to be looking for:
Fever is usually present, along with chills, headache and moderate-to-severe body aches and tiredness. Symptoms can come on rapidly, within three to six hours. Coughs are dry and unproductive, and sore throats are less common.
